Internship is wrapping down to the final months. I’m happy this year is almost over – supposedly it is better from here on out and I certainly hope so. It has been extremely stressful. I also am so worked up I can’t relax well at home – and then I dream about work all night long. Terrible. :(
My dad loved wisteria. Some days I miss him more than others, some days too busy to even know. I missed him the most though when speaking to a patient – just small talk and she remarked how proud my parents must be of me.
I found a little group of snakes on Easter! I love finding things like this despite it making you shudder at the same time. :)
They had some kind of daffodil competition, I believe the local daffodil society. It was fun to see all the different kinds of daffodils, my favorites were the doubles – of course they don’t look much like daffodils – just lots of beautiful soft petals!
I went to the local gardens this weekend post call. I did it without coffee but afterward felt like someone ran me over – the usual post call fatigue. Here’s the wonderful assortment of beautiful tulips they had :)
Here’s the rest of the pics:
Cute little scenes – cruise ships, Americana, spring gardens.

There was this beautiful plant bedroom sanctuary

The theme was passport to the world, so here’s Japan

They had this section of front gardens with a porch

They had this cute store window front display section – this one was a store front selling rain gear

They had lots of sections of more artsy, delicate behind plexiglass which were hard to get because of the reflections and general low lighting – but here’s a neat one of dyed dandelion bouquet

And that’s all :)

It took me a while to finish editing pictures and them time to pick out the more interesting ones. If you can imagine, I’ve been really busy with work and then in the free time trying some semblance of being a normal person. I don’t really think I got many great pictures, it was hard since it was very crowded and lots of dodging people to try to even attempt what I wanted to get. Next year I will try to figure out a better time to go since I had limited options with night float. I also think I’m really not as good with anything beyond macro. It just all makes so much more sense in macro and I can control a lot more of the picture which soothes my inner control freak.

Big display of flowers at entrance

Hot air balloon made of flowers!
There was a display will these storage crates for transporting goods with kind of an urban feel

Another display had a bamboo garden where you had to use flashlights to navigate through

Hope you had a lovely Valentines Day :) Wolfie didn’t buy me the roses but he was good enough to pose with them! I’ve missed out on taking many snow pics since I’ve been at work during the storms, but I won’t forget all this snow anytime soon!
